We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,30 € per order.

From an order value of 200,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

The minimum order value is: 100 €.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

Special agreements related to the offered payment methods

Payment via “PayPal” / “PayPal Checkout”
If you select a payment method offered via “PayPal” / “PayPal Checkout”, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; “PayPal”). The individual payment methods via “PayPal” will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. “PayPal” may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately. Payment via “Stripe”
If you select a payment method offered via “Stripe”, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Limited (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland; “Stripe”). The individual payment methods via “Stripe” will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. “Stripe” may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately. Shipping Costs by Country

1) All prices are gross prices, i.e. including VAT. For shipments to third countries (outside the EU) no VAT will be charged

2) All delivery times are standard delivery times. Longer delivery times may be required for deliveries to islands and rural or inaccessible areas and due to special import regulations, depending on the country of destination. Shipments with dutiable goods content may have longer transit times due to customs processing!

3) If your gross order value exceeds the postage allowance, we will send your goods free of charge.

4) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). 2) The choice of the shipping agent is made on an individual basis and depends, among other things, on the weight and volume of the goods ordered, the delivery address (packing station, island location, etc.) and other factors.

4) If you return the goods, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can return the package at your own expense with a parcel service of your choice.
